My journal of my battle with Crohns disease. I have had Crohn's diagnosed since September 2007. In that time I've been through two surgeries, two colonoscopies, and tons of good and bad times. I want to share my experiences with this disorder and hope to hear some feedback from time to time.

WTF is Going on With My Body!

Wednesday, March 3, 2010
I am not feeling too well. I didn't go to the crohns throne yesterday. My bathroom rhythm has been off. To top that all off, yesterday, I started to urinate blood. I am freaking out a little bit.

It could be because the 10 hour super stressful workdays, and just trying to keep the peace in my life. I don't know. But, my body is not happy right now.

I asked some @Crohnsfighter's followers on twitter if they ever have blood in their urine. Some told me yes, and others were very concerned. I haven't called my doctor, because I have trying to see if the pain and blood would stop.

Have any of you ever had this issue with Crohn's? What did you do? What should I do?

Blood in the stool is one thing, but blood in the urine is entirely another. This could be anything from a urinary tract infection to a fistula. I urge you to get it checked out right away!!
