Every year the months of January through April are ultra stressful and super hard on my body. These four months are filled with people who are crazy about their stocks and taxes. The work never stops and it seems difficult to stay on top of everything.
This year seems a little more stressful than prior ones. The firm I worked for was recently purchased by a huge company, and I'm in the middle of learning all new stuff. It seems like processes are changing every day.
My eating habits have been off. There are days where I'm not eating meal during the day. I am snacking throughout the day eating chips and candy. Then I'm eating dinner.
The weird eating is throwing off my bm. This is causing a little bit more pain.
I cannot wait until May.
