Diet and Crohn's Disease - Gluten Free - Making Cookies

It's awesome to wake up and feel no pain. No cramps, bloating, or urgency to go. The sun is shining and all is well. For now.

I've been wanting try something gluten free. Not like the Chex cereal I eat, or the gluten free chocolate covered coffee beans, but something baked.

I went to Whole Food last weekend to see if I could find ingredients to make a tasty treat. I couldn't find any rice, or almond flour, so I went for something premade. Whole Foods has plenty of premade cookie doughs that are free of gluten, but these looked most appetizing.

They are French Meadow Bakery Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies. There were other options, but this packaging and picture pulled me in. I hope they taste as good as the look in the photo. I will be posting again after I make them.

I'm a huge fan of French Meadow Bakery products. I regularly eat their whole grain bread. They make food that is not only good but it's made of all awesome ingredients. Glad you're working on the gf diet, it's awesome.
